Metropolitan College’s Maritime Academy actively participated in 5th Posidonia Sea Tourism Forum, one of the most significant international events of the cruise industry. The 5th organization took place at Hotel’s Domotel Kastri Conference centre, aiming to showcase new development potential in the East Med, historically one of the most attractive and profitable cruising regions.
With an impressive stand, Metropolitan College provided information the programmes of Maritime and Shipping studies in partnership with the world leading Warsash maritime academy of Solent University in Southampton.
It is worth mentioning that Metropolitan College supported as a Sponsor the YES to Sea Tourism Forum 2019 parallel event. During “Yachting discussions” session, where Metropolitan College also had an active presence, Mr Alexandros Seremelis, lecturer at the Metropolitan Colleges’ Faculty of Shipping Studies, gave a speech and Mrs Vicky Apostolopoulou, Maritime Academy Business Development Executive, presented postgraduate programmes of study in Shipping.
